By purchasing or accessing any DELARO product, you agree to these terms. DELARO ("we", "us") operates as an independent digital studio based in Nashville, Tennessee, United States.
Products. We sell digital products and services only — memberships, downloadable templates, courses, and software. Nothing is physically shipped. Access is delivered digitally through the platform specified for each product (for example, a Discord community, a downloadable file, or a hosted application).
Payments. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Subscription products (such as Scenery Club) bill on a recurring monthly basis at the stated price until canceled. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
License & acceptable use. When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share product files, membership access, or course materials without written permission. Intellectual property in all products remains with DELARO.
Account access. You are responsible for maintaining access to the account (Discord, email, or platform login) associated with your purchase. Sharing membership access with others is not permitted and may result in removal without refund.
Changes. We may update these terms or product offerings over time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of a product after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
Subscriptions (Scenery Club and other recurring products). You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for the current billing period. To cancel, use the cancellation link in your Stripe receipt or email us and we will cancel on your behalf within one business day.
One-time digital products (DRAPED, Operandi, and similar). Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However:
How to reach us about a refund or cancellation. Email the address in the Contact section below with your purchase email and what you need. We respond within 1–2 business days and aim to resolve every reasonable request fairly.
We collect only the information needed to deliver your purchase and provide support — typically your email address, your payment details (handled and stored by Stripe, never by us), and, for community products, the username you provide for access. We do not sell your personal information. Payment card data is processed entirely by Stripe under their security standards.
